Refund policy

Due to the nature of letterpress printing, each piece we print will be subtly unique. Variations in inking, color, impression, and position are to be expected. Similar variations may be found in our digital and foil printing. 

Due to the nature of paper- tiny, imperfect specs may be found in the paper due to using recycled copy paper. 

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with the product, we will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange for any unopened/unused merchandise within 12 days of receiving your order.

Once the return has been authorized, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label.

You cannot return items that were custom printed, personalized/monogrammed, free gifts, promotional items with a retail value, purchased longer than 12 days ago or marked as final sale.
